Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional for a 12-month contract in Singapore to onboard high-net-worth clients and manage new business cases. You will work with the Partner Support team to ensure smooth, accurate processing while adhering to risk and compliance guidelines.

You will handle case setup, data entry, and document indexing, performing due diligence and liaising with internal stakeholders and brokers across regions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in life insurance operations, preferably in the high-net-worth market.
• Mandarin fluency is strongly desired along with English.
• Bachelor's degree or LO MA designations (LOMA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Case setup and New Business processing: reading emails and Broker memos for understanding and action
• Data input into various systems
• Indexing documents and preparing cases for underwriting review
• Reviewing new business requirements to determine if they are in good order
• Client Due Diligence: perform name screening and discounting in accordance with AML/CFT guidelines
• Escalate and work with Line 1.5 Operational Compliance and Line 2 Compliance

Job Summary:

This is an amazing opportunity to join the pioneers of the international high-net-worth life insurance industry, Sun Life Private Wealth! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced and dynamic Operations organization.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Broker experience by onboarding high-net-worth clients during the case setup and new business process. This role will work closely with our Partner Support team to ensure a smooth, accurate and rapid movement of new business cases. When needed, you will need to be able to propose and execute bespoke solutions that meet client needs while maintaining adherence with the company's risk and compliance guidelines.

This is a fast-paced and demanding position that will work with colleagues and brokers across the globe. Staying calm under pressure and being able to work in a diverse team structure will be keys to success.
