Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or insurance; 3–7 years in related roles; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, law or related field.
• 3–7 years in life insurance operations, new business/case management, or related areas.
• Knowledge of PPLI or sophisticated HNW insurance solutions is a strong advantage.
• Experience with KYC/AML checks and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Partners with tailored insurance solutions for HNW clients.
• Manage end-to-end life insurance case administration and applications.
• Coordinate with carriers and international partners on documentation and timelines.
• Review forms and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare illustrations and materials for client presentations.
• Arrange medicals and coordinate underwriting with insurers and providers.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore insurance, AML/CTF, FATCA/CRS and audit files.
• Provide post-sales servicing and policy endorsements or amendments.
• Assist with internal process improvements and ad hoc projects.
