Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced incident leadership professional to own major incident triage, drive cross-team engagement, and direct real-time recovery actions within a 24x7 Global Network Operations environment.

You will oversee technical execution across routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and security, translate technical issues into business impact, and maintain rigorous governance and documentation. Strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or directing major incident triage.
• Deep troubleshooting across routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, WAN/LAN.
• Ability to interpret data from monitoring and logging platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident bridge calls and triage activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and network security.
• Provide accurate, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain incident records and drive continuous improvements.
