Job summary

VF Corporation's Vans brand is seeking a Senior Costing Analyst in Singapore to drive cost transparency and data‑driven decision making across the Material Sourcing function.

You will analyze fabric cost structures, develop cost models, monitor market trends, and support supplier negotiations with cross‑functional teams. This role reports to the Director of Material Sourcing and partners with design, development, and finance to ensure cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of fabric cost components.
• Experience in cost modelling for textiles and material sourcing.
• Proven ability to translate cost data into actionable insights for teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fabric cost breakdowns from suppliers and validate accuracy.
• Develop cost models for fabric types including materials, processing, finishing, and logistics.
• Track cost trends, currency impacts, and price fluctuations.
• Prepare cost comparison reports to inform sourcing decisions.
• Support seasonal negotiations with Tier 2 suppliers using data insights.
• Maintain centralized fabric cost data and integrate with PLM/digitization.
• Collaborate with sourcing, development, and finance to align cost targets.
