Hyphen Partners is seeking a Global VP Marketing to build and lead the marketing function across international markets. This build-and-scale mandate involves defining global strategy, assembling a high-performing team, and implementing systems and processes to drive measurable growth.

You will own the marketing engine from brand and demand to customer acquisition, oversee budgets and KPIs, and partner with executive leadership to align marketing with commercial objectives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of marketing leadership in growth or scale-up tech environments.
• Proven track record in driving leads, pipeline and revenue.
• Experience across B2B and B2C channels and multiple international markets.

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy covering brand, growth, demand and acquisition.
• Build a measurable funnel from engagement to revenue and optimize performance.
