Ambition Singapore seeks a Global VP Marketing to lead the global marketing function across both B2C and B2B, defining strategy, building the team, and aligning marketing performance with revenue.

You will own the growth engine, brand visibility, demand generation, CRM foundation (HubSpot valued), and data-driven decision making, unifying cross-functional marketing leadership into a single, integrated organization.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of marketing experience with growth, demand generation, digital, brand or integrated marketing.
• Experience leading marketing teams and/or senior marketing functions.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of connecting marketing activity to leads, pipeline, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Experience across B2B or B2C marketing; experience across both is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital, paid marketing, social, content, events and demand generation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable building a function in a growing organisation.
