Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Working experience as business development manager, sales, or commercial roles within the shipping, maritime, logistics or ship management industry.
• Strong understanding of the shipping industry, including ship management, crewing, port operations, maritime logistics, or marine services.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Ability to identify market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and develop business growth strategies.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
