Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Group CFO to lead the global finance function across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will shape the Group’s financial strategy and oversee planning, treasury, capital structure, governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive senior finance leadership in a multinational environment.
Experience at Group/Regional CFO or equivalent executive level.
Strong treasury, corporate finance and financial controls expertise.
Proven stakeholder management and commercially driven mindset.
Exposure to private equity-backed organisations, infrastructure, maritime or offshore sectors is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Lead the global finance function and shape the Group’s financial strategy across jurisdictions.
Oversee financial planning & analysis, treasury, capital structure, banking relationships, risk management and governance.
Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting capabilities and operational processes.
Partner with operational leaders and board/shareholders on strategic decisions and performance.
