Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership, on behalf of a Global hospitality group, is seeking a commercially astute CFO to lead the financial strategy and drive the next phase of growth in Singapore. You will oversee treasury, risk management, and governance, steer M&A activities from due diligence to deal execution, and partner with the CEO and Board on long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience within the hotel or hospitality.
• Proven track record in M&A, acquisitions and investment transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning and business performance.
• Drive M&A activities, including acquisitions, due diligence, valuation and deal execution.
• Identify investment opportunities and support business expansion and portfolio growth.
• Oversee financial operations, treasury, risk management and corporate governance.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
