Job summary

DealHub Ltd. in Singapore seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead a sizeable regional finance organisation within a multinational manufacturing group.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will shape the finance function across accounting, planning, treasury and governance, and partner with senior leaders to drive profitability. The role requires deep manufacturing finance knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• CFO or senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, costing and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Oversee Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, FP&A and Governance.
• Develop a regional finance organisation and oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Translate financial performance into clear commercial insights for senior management.
• Strengthen financial systems, reporting processes and internal controls across the organisation.
• Lead treasury, funding and liquidity management; manage statutory reporting and tax.
