Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting an experienced Head of Finance for its Singapore platform. You will lead the local Finance function, overseeing financial, regulatory, statutory, tax and Head Office reporting, while ensuring MAS 610 compliance and liquidity reporting.

The role combines hands-on execution with strategic finance transformation, budgeting and business planning, and interaction with regulators, auditors and Head Office stakeholders as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and substantial Finance experience in a banking‑licensed financial institution.
• Direct MAS 610 experience and exposure to LCR/regulatory reporting.
• Broad Finance experience including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, budgeting and planning.
• Experience leading Finance transformation and major systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore Finance function and oversee financial, regulatory, statutory, tax and Head Office reporting.
• Own local financial control environment including monthly close, general ledger, balance sheet substantiation, financial statements and consolidation.
• Ensure MAS regulatory requirements are met, including MAS 610 and liquidity reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning; provide analysis to the Executive Committee.
• Interface with regulators, auditors and Head Office stakeholders; monitor capital and liquidity; manage year-end audit.
• Drive Finance projects, system implementations, process improvements and change initiatives; develop the team.
