Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to drive global financial strategy, governance, budgeting, forecasting and treasury, with strong focus on M&A execution and value creation across APAC markets.

The role partners closely with the board and senior leadership to optimize capital allocation, manage debt facilities and strengthen operational efficiency, while standardizing financial reporting and controls across a multinational footprint.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance required.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional credential required.
• Extensive experience in cross-border financial reporting, corporate financing and risk management.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision and experience partnering with boards and leading dispersed teams.
