Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• Strong IFRS, multi-entity consolidation, and governance experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation and systems implementations.

• Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, controls and governance across markets.
• Drive finance transformation and standardisation of processes and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee treasury, tax, and post-acquisition integration; provide business insights to Board.
