Job summary

Drew Marine is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the main contact for quoting, ordering, and resolving inquiries. You will manage the quote-to-order-to-invoice cycle and support collections as needed in an international environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Global Port Coordination, Billing, Data Management and Credit teams to deepen knowledge of contracts, pricing, and Drew Marine products.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years good relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in Marine or Shipping Industry.
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact cross culturally and respect cultural differences.
• JD Edwards or comparable ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal colleagues.
• Utilize platforms (GOP, ShipServ, procurement portals, email) to identify inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements with Drew Marine capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams on reviews and performance.
• Support collections of customer invoices with Accounts Receivable.
• Contribute to documentation of incomplete deliveries or fill rates.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
