Job summary

PerkinElmer Singapore is seeking an experienced NPI Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end industrialization of new products. You will partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure predictable, cost-effective launches from concept through ramp.

The role emphasizes operational readiness, risk management, and cross-functional governance to deliver on-time SOPs and ramp plans. Fluency in English and strong communication to exec levels are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or NPI in complex electromechanical products.
• Proven experience leading in-house manufacturing NPIs.
• Experience taking programs from SOP to ramp.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end industrialization readiness for NPI programs.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX planning and tracking for NPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit SOP and ramp targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to forecast and mitigate risks.
