JAC Recruitment's client, a growing energy infrastructure business, seeks a Management Associate for a Mexico-based Rotation Program. The role involves working with senior leadership across commercial, finance, operations and administration, with extensive international exposure.

You will gain hands-on experience through overseas assignments and cross-functional projects, travel regularly, and develop a broad understanding of the business for future progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate priorities and deliverables across business functions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to track progress and ensure timely action.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and business updates.
• Consolidate financial and operational information for decisions.
• Coordinate communications with partners, vendors, customers, and advisors.
• Review contracts and procurement documentation.
• Conduct market research and evaluate new initiatives.
• Attend meetings, document discussions, and follow up actions.
• Support cross-functional projects and overseas assignments.
