Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Data Analytics Tools, Programming languages or other digital platforms is a plus.
• Must be open and flexible to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month Management Trainee Programme designed to develop high-potential talents into future professionals and leaders.
• Rotate across sponsoring departments with 3–6 month rotations in APAC to handle projects.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and coaching from experienced leaders to support development and success.
• Progressively build technical, business and leadership capabilities through structured on-the-job and formal learning.
