GUOTAI JUNAN FUTURES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Management Associate Programme aimed at developing future professionals across sales, dealing, risk management, operations, client services, and strategic projects.

The programme offers structured rotations, exposure to global and China futures markets, and guidance from senior management to support career development in a growing regional platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to engage Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Support business development and client relationship management activities.
Assist in servicing institutional, corporate and professional clients.
Conduct market research and analysis on global and China financial markets.
Support trading, risk management, operational, and client servicing functions.
Participate in cross-border business initiatives and strategic projects.
Work closely with different departments to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
