Job summary

STRIVEMAKERS PTE. LTD. is seeking graduates and early-career professionals for a Management Associate Program designed to provide broad business exposure and practical workplace skills in a dynamic environment.

You will rotate across HR, Sales, Learning & Development, and Partnerships, work with multiple teams, and participate in structured training while contributing to real client engagement and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations across HR, Sales, L&D, and Partnerships
• Assist in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Participate in sales support activities, client engagement, and business development efforts
• Support planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Work with internal teams on projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
• Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to develop business, communication, and industry knowledge
• Gain practical exposure to client portfolio management and relationship-building activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support materials
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects assigned as part of the development program
