Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with less than 5 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations across HR, Sales, L&D, and Partnerships.
• Assist in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
• Participate in sales support activities, client engagement, and business development efforts.
• Support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams on projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to develop business, communication, and industry knowledge.
• Gain practical exposure to client portfolio management and relationship-building activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support materials when required.
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects assigned as part of the development program.
