Singtel, a leading AI-first telco, seeks a Senior MR Pre-Sales professional to own end-to-end solution architecture for managed roaming and MRaaS. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape requirements for RFIs/RFPs, and drive technical sizing, costing and risk assessment across global engagements.

You will partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, deliver compelling proposals and demonstrations, and ensure a strong handover to operations. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of telecommunications experience, including at least 5 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering or Technical Sales.
• Strong experience in international roaming and team leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the MR Pre-Sales team, setting solutioning standards, priorities, quality controls and capability development.
• Partner with MR Business/Sales to qualify opportunities, conduct customer discovery and shape requirements ahead of RFIs/RFPs.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Managed Roaming, MRaaS and related global travel connectivity offerings.
• Lead technical RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, solution designs, customer workshops, demonstrations and PoCs/UAT.
• Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, resolving objections and trade-offs to support deals.
• Coordinate with Product, Network, IT/MVNE, Security and Vendors to validate feasibility, costs and delivery plans.
• Support business cases and commercial proposals through sizing, costing and risk assessment.
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and Operations with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate feedback into reusable modules and product roadmap enhancements.
• Track Pre-Sales effectiveness and travel as needed; represent MR in engagements.
