Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in an international luxury retail company.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills; experience managing agencies, vendors, and project budgets.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support events.
• Master English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the annual events calendar, including client events, product launches, exhibitions, and activations, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with Maison standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from proposal development and stakeholder alignment to execution and post-event evaluation, while overseeing project plans, timelines, risks, and governance.
• Partner with local, regional, and HQ stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and successful project execution.
• Manage event agencies, venues, and vendors to deliver high-quality events, negotiate optimal solutions, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through market best practices.
• Monitor project budgets, procurement, and financial governance, while evaluating event performance through post-event reporting and implementing continuous improvements based on insights and KPIs.
