Carousell Group's Luxury Recommerce team seeks a high-impact leader to own the online channel (Shopify) as a standalone P&L, shaping pricing, promotions, and the end-to-end conversion funnel.

You will lead GTM for Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan, partner with marketing, and build dashboards to track pricing, funnel metrics, and performance weekly. With 5–10 years in ecommerce and cross-border growth, you will move fast, ship improvements, and drive outcomes with a lean team.

• Own the online channel (Shopify) as its own P&L and storefront, not an afterthought.
• Fix landed-cost pricing, price with tax and shipping, and build promotions and markdown strategies to stay competitive.
• Own the online conversion funnel end-to-end and the overall website experience.
