Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an experienced operations/project manager to coordinate global AI infrastructure deployments. You will serve as the main liaison, translating client needs into delivery plans and supervising cross-border activities with vendors and local partners.

In this role, you will monitor timelines, manage risks, and ensure compliance. Strong stakeholder management and remote collaboration are essential for success in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs compliance, supply chain or international operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers deploying AI and technology infrastructure globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of cross-border infrastructure deployment projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, freight providers, customs brokers, and local partners for seamless execution.
• Translate customer requirements into operational delivery plans.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to customs compliance, documentation, and logistics execution.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Enhance client experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives as the division scales.
