Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced regional logistics leader to establish and standardize an end-to-end operating framework across hubs, gateways, and distribution sites. You will design governance, KPIs, and a 24/7 operating model with clear handovers and escalation paths.

You will lead cross-border supply chain programs, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and partner with product/engineering to improve visibility and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, International Trade, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in international logistics or cross-border supply chain operations.
• 5+ years managing end-to-end or multi-segment operations with outcomes accountability.
• Experience building operating standards, processes, and performance management from ground up.
• Strong network design and planning capability to identify transit-time and cost improvements.
• Proven budget ownership and unit-cost management with cost-reduction track record.
• Hands-on incident leadership: make timely decisions during peaks and post-incident reviews.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment with data-backed recommendations.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations and developing leaders.
• Preferred MBA or supply chain/project management/certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and standardize an end-to-end operating framework and drive adoption via audits.
• Create a structured operating rhythm for regular reviews and issue surfacing.
• Design and govern a 24/7 operating model with clear handovers and escalations.
• Lead regional operating capability build-out including leadership development.
• Own end-to-end network planning across hubs and distribution sites.
• Define service tiers and governance of SLA with stakeholders.
• Drive routing, wave design, and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
• Oversee linehaul capacity across air, ocean, land and multimodal.
• Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions.
• Own cost and margin outcomes including budgeting and peak readiness.
• Lead cost-down programs with measurable savings.
• Set up exception-management control tower.
• Manage vendor performance across cost, quality, risk.
• Drive compliance and safety for cross-border operations.
• Collaborate with product/engineering for systems visibility.
• Sponsor process re-engineering for scalable operations.
• Travel regionally for alignment and site governance.

Educación
