• 6+ years of professional experience in tech, logistics, strategy consulting or analytics.
• 3+ years of people management, including managing other managers.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with AI productivity tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high performing regional logistics team.
• Define long term strategy and financial targets for 17 markets.
• Own incentive models, data science tools, and deployment of new pay components.
• Drive automation and AI-driven workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Local Logistics, Finance, and Product teams; present recommendations to leadership.
