• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Manager role.
• Experience in ecommerce logistics and cross-border ecommerce is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Account Retention: maintain existing cross-border accounts and drive penetration.
• Account Development: source new opportunities and manage inbound leads (domestic/international).
• Monitor shipping trends, volumes and revenue; report insights to management.
• Proactively negotiate contractual rates to retain business.
• Maintain positive relationships with merchants; address needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and deliver ad-hoc tasks.
