Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD seeks a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect (SSA) to lead trusted software supply chain initiatives in Singapore. You will guide customers through technical build environments, governance, and security requirements, enabling Go-To-Market strategies for Red Hat Lightwell.

You will work with developers, platform engineers, and security teams to demonstrate value, drive adoption, and resolve blockers, including architecture walkthroughs and proof-of-concept

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software eng., build/release eng., platform eng., DevSecOps, or technical sales.
• Hands-on in a customer/build env and proven ability to work with engineers.
• Experience with Maven, pip, npm and dependency management.
• Knowledge of SBOMs (SPDX/CycloneDX) and attestation.
• Experience with artifact repos, mirroring, and multi-language codebases.
• Strong communication and leadership for executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy as Red Hat's technical lead for trusted software supply chain.
• Lead technical conversations across developers, leadership, and security teams.
• Articulate Red Hat differentiators and position Lightwell in portfolio.
• Configure builds to resolve Lightwell repos and troubleshoot with engineers.
• Deliver pre/post-sales deep dives, PoCs, and hackathons as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
