Job summary

Riot Games in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager of Game Production to lead the local production org, translate the creative vision into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with LA leadership. Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership in game production, operations, or project management.
• Led production organizations of 30+ people with staffing, priorities, capacity, and delivery ownership.
• Strong experience managing co-development or distributed development across studios or locations.
• Experience translating creative vision into scope, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Strong track record in risk management, capacity planning, and holding team leaders accountable for delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, with experience adapting production processes to R&D environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including resolving conflicts and aligning senior creative, technical, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore production organization, aligning team goals with the game vision and LA leadership milestones.
• Serve as the primary accountable owner for collaboration health across studios.
• Drive operational excellence by designing scalable production systems, workflows, and accountability rituals.
• Cascade strategic direction from senior leadership into objectives and execution plans for Singapore teams.
• Oversee cross-disciplinary coordination (art, design, engineering, QA) to ensure timely delivery of features and content.
• Assess and manage risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs proactively.
• Monitor production and collaboration health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support people management in partnership with discipline leads for career growth and morale.
• Represent the Singapore team in strategic discussions and cross-studio alignment meetings.
