Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in engineering concepts
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience delivering system design and application development
- Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language
- Experience with automation and continuous delivery
- Understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, resilience, and security
- Experience with cloud, AI/ML, or mobile technologies
- Full-stack development using Java, React, or similar frameworks
Responsibilities
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging
- Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code
- Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues
- Leads evaluation sessions with stakeholders to drive architectural decisions
