We seek a proven engineering leader to direct software delivery squads, shape the overall application architecture, and drive digital platform strategies across the region. Qualifications

15+ years of experience in software engineering.
At least 8 years leading regional or multi-squad teams.
Strong architecture, data modeling, and cloud skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional engineering squads across Singapore and offshore hubs.
Define long-term architectural strategy and data models across Java, Python, microservices, and cloud environments.
Act as the main technology partner to business executives, translating requirements into scalable tech deliverables.
Drive engineering standards, system performance, data governance, and reliability across squads.
Mentor squad leads and engineering managers to improve business communication and leadership.
