Job summary
Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an Engineering Lead to drive delivery of high-quality, scalable banking solutions. You will provide technical leadership, align strategies with business goals, and collaborate with product, design and operations to ensure timely, compliant delivery of complex initiatives.
You will oversee multiple squads, shape architecture, drive SDLC excellence, and mentor engineers while managing risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced enterprise
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise-level implementations in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of wealth domain and enterprise technology standards is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Align technical solutions with strategic goals and long-term vision.
- Lead end-to-end technical design and oversee multiple squads.
- Influence technology backlog prioritization and architectural decisions.
- Ensure regulatory and security compliance across delivery lifecycle.
