Job summary

Kingsmen Ventures Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of Location Based Entertainment (LBE) projects, including Family Entertainment Centres, themed attractions and immersive concepts.

You will work with clients, licensors, designers, consultants, and contractors across multiple locations, travel extensively for site execution, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate AV, interactive tech and show control systems, and ensure safety,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Design, Architecture, Events Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant project management or operations experience, preferably in LBE, attractions or related industries.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Strong budgets, schedules, procurement, vendors and stakeholders management.

Responsibilities

• Manage LBE projects across the full project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, licensors, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors and internal teams across locations and time zones.
• Manage project budgets, cost plans, supplier quotations, procurement and variations.
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, logistics and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, training and handover documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to venue requirements.
