Kingsmen Ventures Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of Location Based Entertainment (LBE) projects, including Family Entertainment Centres, themed attractions and immersive concepts.

The Manager, Operations is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of Location Based Entertainment (LBE) projects, including Family Entertainment Centres (FECs), themed attractions, touring experiences and other immersive entertainment concepts. Based in Singapore, the role works closely with clients, licensors, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality and technical standards. The position requires extensive international travel for project and site execution.
Manage LBE projects across the full project lifecycle, from design development and procurement through fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, handover and defects management
Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
Coordinate with clients, licensors, consultants, designers, contractors, specialist vendors and internal teams across different locations and time zones
Manage project budgets, cost plans, supplier quotations, procurement, variations and overall project expenditure
Oversee procurement, fabrication, logistics and delivery of materials, equipment and specialist components
Coordinate design and technical requirements, including the integration of specialist systems such as AV, interactive technology, lighting, audio, IT/network and show control systems where applicable
Conduct factory and site inspections to ensure works meet approved specifications, quality requirements and project standards
Manage site execution, contractor coordination, installation activities, safety requirements and compliance with applicable regulations and venue requirements
Coordinate testing, commissioning, operational readiness, training and project handover documentation
Manage defects, rectification works and project close-out during the Defects Liability Period (DLP)
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Design, Architecture, Events Management or a related discipline
At least 5–8 years of relevant project management or operations experience, preferably in Location Based Entertainment (LBE), themed attractions, Family Entertainment Centres (FECs), exhibitions, events, interior fit-out or related industries
Proven experience in managing projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to procurement, site installation, testing, commissioning and handover
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, vendors and multiple stakeholders
Good understanding of design coordination, fabrication, installation and site operations; exposure to AV, interactive technology, show control or other specialist systems would be an advantage
Commercially aware, with experience in evaluating quotations, managing project costs and handling variations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage project risks and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with good stakeholder management and coordination skills, particularly when working with international clients, partners and project teams
Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities under tight project timelines
Willing and able to undertake extensive international travel and be based overseas for project/site execution when required
