Job summary

PushButton Entertainment Pte Ltd is seeking an Event Manager to lead planning and execution of entertainment events from concept to completion.

The role requires strong budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver memorable experiences in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and delivering events.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution, including venue and logistics.
• Develop event budgets and ensure delivery within financial parameters.
• Liaise with clients and partners to understand objectives and requirements.
• Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown with attention to timelines.
• Manage marketing and promotion to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Assess risks and implement contingency plans.
• Monitor performance and collect feedback for improvement.
• Prepare post-event reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for AV and production needs.
