Job summary

Kingsmen Exhibits Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced events professional to lead client projects from concept to completion. You will manage assigned industries, coordinate design and operations, and drive successful event delivery across large-scale exhibitions.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure design concepts meet requirements and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in events, hospitality or construction management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in exhibitions and/or events industry.
• Technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing and floor plan.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Confident in leading a team to run an operation.
• Meticulous, precise and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth and development of assigned industries and key accounts under the team’s portfolio.
• Review and track top line and bottom line profits regularly.
• Report top line and bottom line profits to management.
• Conduct team meetings and resolve work-related issues, including resource planning.
• Delegate projects to team members and oversee large-scale projects.
• Study tender specifications to assess project feasibility.
• Conduct site recce for designated events.
• Brief designers on specifications and requirements by clients.
• Discuss and review design concepts with designers and operations.
• Submit tender and follow up with clients.
• Present design concepts to clients and obtain feedback.
