Job summary

NEON is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of location-based entertainment projects across the company’s portfolio in Singapore. You will work closely with Production leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality experiences on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in production or project management, with experience in experiential environments and a solid understanding of end-to-end production processes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in production management or project management.
• Experience in experiential, entertainment, or exhibition environments.
• Understanding end-to-end production processes.
• Familiarity with AVLC systems and show control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules for experiences.
• Align production with creative intent, technical requirements, and goals.
• Oversee staffing, equipment, materials, and vendor engagement.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support procurement discussions.
