Job summary

SATS Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support the SATS Academy and global L&D agenda across APAC, EMEAA and the Americas. Responsibilities include LMS management, global mandatory training governance, and end-to-end L&D programme management.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or diploma and 5–8 years of relevant experience, plus expertise in LMS platforms and content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as HR, Media, Communications, Psychology or Marketing.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LMS like SuccessFactors, Workday or Saba.
• Experience in L&D programme management and logistics support.
• Experience in learning content design and development, instructional design or copyediting.
• Familiar with media creation skills such as graphics and video editing.
• Good project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Learning Management System management (Singapore).
