HR Plus is recruiting a Global Leadership & Capability Business Partner to join the Global HR team in UK/Singapore, with Employment Visa support provided. The role involves identifying local capability needs and coordinating global learning programmes across ODCs.

You should be a commercially focused L&D professional with a degree and CIPD membership, coaching skills, change management experience, and strong facilitation; able to interact at all levels of the business.

Responsabilidades

• In partnership with the Development Group, work with the ODCs to identify the local capability and development needs through engaging with key stakeholder
• Support the ODC HR teams in the L&D planning process
• Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence and Group Functions to develop and tailor world class global functional excellence programmes
• Lead the development of any ODC specific learning requirements, identify commonalities across the ODCs to leverage scale.
• Co-ordinate the roll-out and sequencing of all capability programmes (group and market-led)

They are looking a Global Leadership & Capability Business Partner to join their Global HR team in UK/ Singapore. Key Job Responsibilities:
