Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems. You will troubleshoot issues, install and configure software, manage user accounts, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure while ensuring security and data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong organization, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LANs.
• Willingness to walk extensively and carry IT equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using tools and methodologies.
• Hardware maintenance: install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Software installation and configuration for operating systems, software, and drivers.
• Manage user accounts across systems ensuring security and access control.
• Support LAN/WAN setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Oversee door access, CCTV, and clocking systems as part of IT scope.
• Assist in tasks and projects assigned by local and corporate teams.
• Document IT systems, procedures, and configurations; share knowledge.
• Train users on IT best practices and security awareness.
• Liaise with IT vendors to procure hardware/software and coordinate services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements.
• Prioritize and manage incidents with timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy and service delivery policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
