Job summary

Vocalbeats is seeking an IT Support professional to provide day-to-day office IT support, onboarding/offboarding and to maintain a reliable IT environment for our Singapore office and global operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, and familiarity with Huawei networking gear. English and Chinese language proficiency are essential, with a Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or CS and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA) considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or a related role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, common office applications, and Huawei networking equipment.
• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, and meeting room devices.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA or equivalent are an advantage.
• Language: Working proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for the office, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues for employees.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office equipment, including computers, monitors, printers, and meeting room devices.
• Provide support for office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, routers, and network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic network troubleshooting, promptly resolve connectivity issues, and coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
• Support IT-related onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation, account provisioning, equipment handover, software installation, and access permission configuration.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper asset management practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, productivity software, user accounts, and meeting room systems.
• Deliver timely and efficient technical support to ensure a smooth and productive workplace experience.
