Job summary

UNISOFT INFOTECH PTE LTD seeks a Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager to lead large, high-value technology programs across multiple countries. The role focuses on governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement with a track record of turning around troubled programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive APAC exposure across telecoms, financial services, government, cloud and cybersecurity, and possess strong Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery expertise plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in IT Program/Portfolio Management, Technology Transformation or PMO leadership
• Proven track record delivering and turning around complex, high-risk technology programs
• Strong C-suite, executive, customer and stakeholder management experience
• Experience leading large, multi-country and cross-functional teams, preferably across APAC
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk/RAID management, delivery assurance, financials and vendor management
• Experience across digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, networking, telecommunications or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated commercial, strategic and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, influencing and executive presentation skills
• Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CISSP or ITIL, PMI-CPMAI - Certified Professional inManaging AI highly desirable
• Other recognised certifications in program management, Agile, cybersecurity, cloud or IT service management

Job description

The Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-value technology programs and portfolios across multiple countries and business functions. The role provides strategic leadership across program delivery,transformation, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-risk technology initiatives, recover troubled programs, establish effective governance, and build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business stakeholders . Experience working across Asia Pacific, telecommunications, financial services, government, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation environmentsis highly desirable.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
