Job summary

Harting Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an APAC Logistics Specialist based in Singapore (Jurong East IBP area). The role coordinates freight, customs, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships across the APAC region to ensure compliant, cost-efficient, and timely movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; extensive substitute accepted.
• 4–6 years logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in regional APAC role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP WM/EWM) and TMS/WMS platforms; familiarity with data tools.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required for cross-market coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound shipments across air, sea, and road freight for APAC.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment milestones and resolve delays or disruptions.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with providers.
• Drive freight booking/delivery digitization using TMS platforms for real-time visibility.
• Oversee inventory accuracy across APAC DCs and warehouses.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on stock replenishment, returns, and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore TradeNet and local/international trade regulations.
• Validate freight invoices against rates, SLAs, and records; support cost reporting.
• Track KPIs and maintain data in ERP/TMS; prepare dashboards for management.
