Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize our global IT systems, including hardware, networks, and end-user support. You will coordinate across time zones, implement IT governance, and ensure secure, scalable operations as the company scales its wireless networking capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT administration and infrastructure ownership.
• Experience leading IT in a multi-region, fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
• Hands-on networking, security, and IAM concepts with practical governance.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all company IT infrastructure across regions.
• Administer network systems (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi‑Fi) and ensure uptime.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment and user access controls.
• Lead IT policy, security standards, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide global end-user IT support and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage IT budget, and drive AI adoption initiatives.
