Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years work experience, with 3–5 years in internal communications in a global MNC.
• Proven track record integrating global intranet systems and launching global comms strategies.
• Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders on internal engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive a consistent, high-impact internal communications approach globally.
• Set global internal communications policies and activations; enable regional leads (OneSATS).
• Partner with C-suite leadership on priorities, transformation and culture communications.
• Collaborate with Global Technology, Data & AI, Operational Excellence and Human Capital to scale engagement platforms.
• Develop leadership cascade tools and governance for internal messaging.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and proactively address information gaps and risks.
