The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner role provides strategic financial insights to SATS senior leadership, coordinating with regional leaders to drive performance and governance across investee companies.

The position emphasizes financial modelling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth initiatives and investment decisions across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFA/CPA/MBA would be advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in investment management, FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering.
• Experience with APAC markets and multi-time-zone collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee investee company financial performance including profitability and cash flow.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate budgeting and rolling forecasts across units and present to Group leadership.
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance across investee units.
• Build a high-performing finance team and manage ad-hoc projects.
