The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering financial insights, governance, and performance analysis to support growth initiatives and cross-functional decisions. The role liaises with group finance, regional leadership, and investee management to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive finance experience; FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering strongly preferred.
Exposure to APAC markets and ability to work across multiple time zones.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience with investee companies or regional consolidation is a plus.
Experience leading a team is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial performance of investee companies, including profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
Lead financial reviews and provide insights to senior leadership.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools for strategic decision-making.
Coordinate budgeting and rolling forecasts across units.
Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance across investee entities.
