TikTok is seeking a Policy Manager, Interactions, to drive day-to-day safety standards across Comments and DMs, reporting to the Global Head of Policy – Interactions. You will translate strategic direction into concrete policy language and enforcement changes, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to ensure safety is built into models, tooling, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in policy operations, product policy, Trust & Safety, or program management.
• Strong understanding of Trust & Safety ecosystems and major policy domains.
• Experience turning policy requirements into practical, technical solutions with Product/Engineering/AI teams.
• Ability to design scalable processes and align diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end prioritization, intake, and delivery cadence for Interactions work-streams across Comments and DMs.
• Own priority policy projects from framing through drafting, enforcement design, and launch; document reasoning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML to translate policy into technical requirements and governance.
• Build and maintain measurement for policy coverage, precision/recall, and user impact.
• Bridge policy across regions as the go-to policy partner for cross-functional teams.
