Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or policy fields
• Strong writing and executive communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex policy issues and produce clear guidance
• Experience collaborating with product, legal, and policy teams
• Knowledge of information integrity, misinformation, or governance topics
• Ability to work across global teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine Information Integrity policies that are clear and actionable
• Collaborate with Policy Scaling, Regional Policy, and Product teams to improve content policies
• Engage with Legal and Public Policy to ensure regulatory compliance
• Act as global escalation point for emergency policy decisions
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments
