• Lead large-scale, complex software transformation programs across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage a delivery organization of ~150–200 resources and several Project Managers.
• Oversee senior client stakeholders, governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-country delivery and dependencies across teams.
• Drive change control and risk mitigation with clear escalation paths.
